Autumn in New Orleans

I may not be in the Michigan or Chicago, witnessing the brisk air & colorful trees, but here in the South, we still see hints of the changing season.
Since my husband and I are calling this town home more and more these days, I might as well make the most of it and appreciate the unique and beautiful ways New Orleans exhibits autumn.

[There is a tireless pride around for our football team]

[So much for crunching leaves beneath your boots--try fallen petals underneath your sandals.]

[If you look closely, you can see the sun-kissed tips of the trees do change]

[Yea...palm trees don't change color]

[Really must try this pumpkin spice latte recipe]

[We still spend plenty of time outside...more so now, actually, that the suffocating heat is subsiding]

[Not much is different really.
Frequent visits to The Bulldog happens all year long]

[The Pumpkick was yummy]

[boo!]

[Dark storm clouds look the same no matter what time of year]

North or South, fall is still my favorite season!
