Spring is Here!

Happy Spring 2014, everyone! 

Right on schedule, the weather in NOLA is really making a turn. I am in no position to complain about 40-50 degrees, but when you're in the mood to spend more time outdoors, it's hard to turn down 75 and sunny.

This first weekend of spring, I plan to spend as much time in the warm sun as possible, beginning a string of projects in my new backyard.

I took a field trip to a local nursery this week with a preschool classroom and was newly inspired. The wash of colors everywhere lifted my spirits and set me into gear!

Grab some rubber gloves, girls, things are about to get dirty!
