Circuit Training – Session 6

1.   Push Ups (1 minute)
2.   Scissor Jumps (1 minute)
3.   Chair Dips (1 minute)
4.   Belt Kicks (1 minute)
5.   Incline Push-Ups (1 minute)
6.   Lunges (1 minute)
7.   Side Plank (30 seconds each side)
8.   Speed Squats (1 minute)
9.   Level 2 Drills (1 minute)

10. Stance Jacks (1 minute)
