Christopher Neal Haserodt

Our Uncle Chris was one of the good ones. Smart, funny, loving, kind, sincere, devoted.

Our Uncle Chris somehow divided up his beautiful and whole spirit to equally adore his two daughters, be the silent rock his family needed, love his wife with intensity, and literally heal people as a career….

When talking to Max, who only knew him for a few years, his first response was that he was reliable, knowledgeable, soft spoken (but with meaning), and was the kind of guy that made you feel like you've known him for years.

We couldn't agree more.

Likewise, for Courtney's husband, Hector, who knew him not much longer than Max, found in Chris a sort of kindred spirit. The two men are extremely soft spoken, sitting back to observe the world around them, collecting and storing infinite amounts of information. Uncle Chris seemed to know a little bit about everything, but never rubbed it in your face. The word wise comes to mind...

Our Uncle was the kind of person you wanted to with sit at dinner. Just to pick his brain on… everything. And in response, he'd ask you all about your life and what meant most to you. He never made you feel out of place--to the contrary--he made it a point to make you feel like you were the most important person in the room.

Again, he was one of the good ones. He was taken too soon, but will  never be forgotten.

We love him so much.
