Circuit Training – Session 7




This is the perfect combination of legs and cardio to get that booty right where you want it! It is bathing suit season after all :)

Do each move for a minute; repeat the circuit three times through. Good Luck!

1. Hammer Curls (1 minute)
2. Kettle Bell Swings (1 minute)
3. Uppercuts (1 minute)
4. Sumo Hold (1 minute)
5. Scissor Lunges (1 minute)
6. Backward Lunges (1 minute)
7. Mountain Climbers (1 minute)

8. High Knees (1 minute)
