Friday Five!

This week was all about productivity! Its Spring break around here and the offices are S.I.L.E.N.T! And perfect timing too coming off another Food Show week. Every single day I was working at my maximum productivity, so much so that I didn't even take lunch breaks. It was perfect. The evenings were spent doing a little spring cleaning, and starting my new workout regimen.

Her name is Kayla Itsines and she is blowin’ it up in the fitness world. She has over 2.5 million Instagram followers and I've heard nothing but good things about her program.  I downloaded her workout plan and started her 12 week program this week. I’ll be checking in periodically with how I’m doing! Not only am I changing up my workout routine (Insanity honestly wasn't doing anything for me anymore, my body just got too used to it…) I’m also changing up my eating habits. I am not the worst eater by any means, but there is definitely room for improvement!

Europe is officially booked and my summer bikini body plan of attack is underway.
Not gonna lie, feeling pretty good about April!
