Another winter week down in the books. More cooking. More reading. More couch lounging. I love January and the calm-after-the-storm feeling that it brings. I look forward to more of the same this weekend. And maybe even venture outside and enjoy the pretty new “blanket” as Max calls the powdery snow that descended upon us this week.
