Weight Circuit! After doing this circuit for a half an hour straight, I had a
very hard time lifting my fork up to my mouth during my quick lunch. Very heavy
in the upper body, but worth every fist clenching dumbbell lift!

Scissor Lunges (1 minute)

Curls (1 minute)

Burpees (1 minute)

Prison Cell Push-Ups (1 minute)
